Hi,

Would like to know proper lighting arrangements for indoor "glamour" shots of my beautiful lady. (nothing "porno") Both portrait and full length. Just have camera flash and incandescent lights. Any help?

first off diffuse the camera flash, and try to get as much natural light as you can, from a window or door, then just try different settings and poses until you find one you like,,there are 100's if not 1000's of blogs and sites and books on this.

For glamor, consider NOT having the lighting all in front of your subject. If you have a modern digital camera with good high ISO capability, then your incandescent lights will be the ticket, but get some white gatorfoam or foamcore boards, into which you shine the incandescent lights to create a diffused source, and place these "rigs" to the side, or even behind the subject. Light tends to wrap do to the reflections of the room anyway.

If you have enough incandescent lights to have a couple of diffuse AND a sharp, direct source (get some neutral density gel which gets wooden clothespinned to the END of the barn door of the light so as not to burn) you can mix the sharp with the soft.

With a strobe, consider getting a focusing grid, which are available even for little camera strobes. By NOT illuminating an entire room with a flash's POP, you get more atmospheric results, even if the light is more up front.
