It is not an easy process to relate in this format. I am all self taught, getting everything I needed from the web. Enjoy the search. I am happy to help with specific questions. Just the entire process. To much typing.
I do use a drip machine. It is the only way to get a repeatable shot.

Anybody else out there like taking drip photographs?
Before the "picture polizia" banish your post to other worlds I just wanted toy know if you use a Time Machine? Great action, work on your color arrangements, humor is flattering! Are you using water or glycerine? Very good mechanics, nice!

Amazing. Some of them look like crystal mushrooms.

Wow great, what ISO and shutter speed captured these? Thanks for posting Phtofortytwo, I really liked them. :-D

Just catching interesting drip is quite a feat in itself, but your post processing treatments are in a whole different class of their own. Another feature of your post is your watermark, I usually don't like them. Most of the time they are intrusive and poorly placed. Yours seem intirely appropriate in placement and size. Very well done, congrats.
What critique! these are fantastic shots.
Phenomenal!!!! - I would love to take photos like this! :D

I have taken drip pictures but not with much success I hasten to say. Yours are brilliant.

Enjoy, I am always happy to hear critique.
I love your Drip photographs but am not too wild about the backgrounds. Maybe it is just me of course. I am sure you will receive numerous replies from people who love them. The backgrounds you use seem to detract from the beauty of the drip itself.
Having said that could you please give some idea of how you take these pictures regarding lens focal length, exposure data and lighting.
Dennis
Very cool.
I like the coloring.
