Shutter Delay

I am trying to set up a 2 second shutter delay on my Canon 6D and cannot figure it out. I have reviewed all the settings, roamed through the manual and found no reference to a delayed shutter setting. I feel sure it has one. Does anyone know the answer?

Many thanks!

I love a good challenge. I don't have a 6D but I found this for you.

Steve gave you the right advice, the menu is pretty much the same across the Canon line. 10 sec., 2 sec., also where you set frame rate.
