I don't usually watch these thing but the woman saying the president should be executed??!?!?!?!!! I know there are many people who would not find this extremely offensive but it saddens me to be reminded that people like this actually exist in the United States. I just will never understand

The fact that this idiot allowed the crackpot to continue unchallenged says more about him than it does about her. I still admire John McCain for cutting off that woman who went off about Obama being a Kenyan. He showed respect for the office well as the man, and this idiot congressman just fed into the all-too-common violent streak among many people on the radical right.

I am not quite sure what the point of the thread is, as every intelligent person realizes there are ridiculous and hateful things stated by individuals in every group. Unless it is the attempt to impugn an entire political party or philosophy based upon this representatives statement. Then it is boneheaded and disingenuous and best summed up by this member. 8-)
