They shut down the gov. because the troll at the top wouldnt pass anything they sent him. Hes the one that shut down the gov. He wants everything his way, They represent us. The republicans passed legislation funding the government, the only stipulation that they put on that legislation was that the ACA be delayed one year, in retrospect it seems to have been an excellent idea but the president would have nothing to do with it, he may be a pussy overseas, but he does seem to flex his muscles at home on the domestic front... maybe it is because views the American people as his subjects, or maybe because he has Harry Reid climbing up his butt when it comes to dealing with republicans.... but whatever the reason, it is not unreasonable to suggest that it was indeed Obama who shut down the government, no matter what the media has to say about it, they started that meme 6 months before it came to pass and laid the ground work for laying blame... it is just how our government and their press allies work...

Somehow the only suffering I saw all over the country was when Obama told the park services to behave like assho**s, and when Harry Reid asked "Why should he want to save a little girl with cancer." Don't remember any suffering other than that, all that other crap is just media hype, there was no $24 billion cost to the economy, in fact economic numbers surged during the last quarter of the year.... go figure.
