Louis: Go to a site called Makeuseof.com! They have a beginners' guide called, "Don't Fear The Penguin, A beginners' Guide to Linux". You can download these guides from the website for free - you may have to register first, but they put out a daily newsletter with lots of info for anyone, and have lots of other guides for downloading. It should be a good start for you - I'm not familiar with Linux, myself, but these guides are pretty good - I've downloaded several of them! You may have to get someone with a Windows pc to download it for you and then print it for you - I don't know whether you can download to Linux or not. Hope this helps!
