I was going to post the same link. I saw this several months ago and made one for myself. Works surprisingly well, easy to carry and, like you said, cheap. As a matter of fact I had all of the elements so didn't have to spend anything. I've also gotten some stares and when I explained what it was they were pretty surprised and thought it was an excellent idea.
