I have heard this a lot,im sorry dont know what vignetting is,
please tell me what you are talking about so I can understand.

I should have specified that the vignettes are on the first three shots you posted. A vignette is a gradual darkening of the area around the border of a photograph. If overdone the viewer gets the impression they are looking through a keyhole. it's very distracting. Unfortunately vignetting is almost impossible to correct once applied to a photo.

I think it's the blurring out of the edges...(in this case, in black)...I could be wrong..

They are many type of vignettes. Any color will work & can be applied. One of the more unique versions of a vignette is a reverse vignette where the background is already pitch black and you lighten it from the edge inward. It's a very effective way of drawing attention to a flower.

Hint: Never make edge treatments on an original. Make a copy & keep it along with the original. If you burn your bridges behind you you can't go back. :)
