Perspective in the first two draws the eye to what the photographer is thinking. I ,especially, like the grist mill...brings memories of a time fading away.

water has too much blue(cyan) in it..pic is a bit crooked..and you need to be on a tripod if you are going for blurred water..a ND filter would help bring f.stop where you need it..if too bright a day. Otherwise I love the composition..you have a good eye..technique needs improvement.

Agree with this comments plus the water at the side of the mill is really very blue otherwise this would be a great photo.
