Hey I from the greater new Orleans area and I'm new to the forum. I just got into photography and so I'm looking for some tips and trying to learn all about my new camera A canon 60D. I need a new lens, I have my mothers promaster 18-200mm lens. Any suggestions on a good all pupose lens?

The blue clam is something new for me... gorgeous color.
But for some odd reason, my fave of this set is the fish.
I think that's an awesome photo (although maybe a lil' quirky as a subject!)

Thanks, I took that off my boat as we were going pass with my little nikon P&S. But, I just got a Canon 60D at the end of June before I went to Alaska and just like Mc Donald's " I'm love'n it".

FYI, the picture looked better on my monitor before I sent it to the forum. I think they don't always come out the same on the website.
