i was good 11 lb lasted a whole 45 min. with 11 guys here at airport everybody said was juciest moist turkey they have had was comepletely gone. did 15 lb ham it was almost half gone smoked both 12 hrs at around 225 as close as i could keep it. all dressing cottage cheese corn on cob green bean casarole hot rolls. couldn't believe what little was left had three pies others brought had three slices left. i had to laugh there was pile of food GONE.
