I like the color balance on the second one, the green and the neutral gray really pop here.
IMO, a little crop down to remove the board that hangs at an angle.

I agree with the comments on no.2. I don't like the top photo as much because of the lighting, this photo might look better in color. The bottom photo has way too much background in it for me.

The bottom one might look better in a landscape orientation.
Old barns are great subjects and there are so many ways to shoot or present them, nice. Excuse me if I'm wrong but don't they issue tornado warnings so that people can get into a safe shelter? Photographers! Someday they'll lock us all up--for our own good of coarse.
