I too just joined but from what I've seen so far there seems to be lots of information and many that are free with advice. One thing I like a lot is the posting of pictures by others to see how they see. I've included a few of mine that you are welcome to comment on. Thanks & welcome

NotnoBuddha, I have been meaning to compliment you on your WW1 cemetary shot. It reminds me of a french tequnique of color tinting black and white postcards. For the life of me I can not think of what it is called. I am sure at 4am I will wake up screaming its called--------! Dam my middle aged mind anyhow. Alright I have succomded whats the story with your screen name anyhow. Are you denying buddah, commenting that others do not know Budda? Or are you constantly being confused with Mr nobuddah? I have to know its dryving me crazy.

I believe, if I reacall correctly the effect used for that picture was Filters >Stylize>Solarize in Elements 8.

My named was chosen just because I am not a Buddha, - a deep thinker by any means. I do not have the mind set, nor the insight - but yet have enough knowledge of some of my failings to know I can and should do better. I don't want to start a whole theological or philosophical debate as to is Buddism a religion or a personal ethical standard? And yes some do dispute such. What I do appreciate is the concept of interconnectivity, the idea that all of us are stewards {for good or bad} of the earth. Many American Indian tribes also used such as a tenet to their morality. That is the longer explanation - the short one is that is is unique and I seldom see it duplicated. Enjoy the day.

I added a picture just because I like it. Of course others are free to not.
