I have a Tenba backpack. It not only has shoulder straps (and a waist strap) for backpacking, but it also has wheels and a telescoping handle for civilized use. It was a little spendy, but worth every penny. I have had it for about 4 years now, and it still looks new. It holds a ton of stuff too. Heavy duty and durable.
For sure if you have that luxury. I remember the first bag I purchased that I thought would be enough for me. I figured I would have enough room to spare, but I was wrong. Filled it right up in a couple of years, and since I bought this, although it is bursting at the seams now, it still holds everything I need it to. I will add, that I will never buy another without the wheels, it is truly a backsaver when in civilization.

Since you know what you carry would it not be to your benefit to visit a camera store and check out the bags ?
I was looking at bags at our local camera store and the clerk simply suggested hey bring what you carry in well find a bag to your liking that can carry it all...was a good suggestion I bet most camera store wouldn't mind you doing the same
What about looking in a luggage store? You can prep the roll on to your own specs and use foam padding to safeguard your equipment...now that you gave me the idea I will check one out for myself since I am basically in that same spot with all my "stuff". Hard case luggage would offer the best protection. Helix has protective cases for a lot of camera equipment but they are pricey .
i need it to hold canon t2i, 28-80mm, 75-300mm, 55-250mm, 18-55mm 50mm {lens} and a 430ex II flash.....
Lowepro Slingshot 200 AW will fit it all. Its comfortable, rugged, configureable and has a built in hidden rainhood which deploys to cover the whole bag when needed. I've been using mine for several years and it looks new.
Why do you want to carry all that equipment with you??? A lot of my shoots with my Canon EOS-A2E OR my F1 N both with a 24-80 MM 60-300 MM lens with dedicated flashes. And I do have 5 different Canon film cameras, at lease 25 different lens, and 8 different flashes, plus many other parts to make the camera do what I want it to do
