No angle to strange. And sometimes nobody needs to know it is. Looks like an arch. This angle is not really strange. But one that's not noticed to often. As a"Moody Blues" quote says,"Keep on thinking Free." Try different techniques and experiments w/ angle, focus, camera movement, etc.

I really like it. I think it does need a little POP with some contrast levels, but it's totally interesting.

I kind of wonder what it would look like in B/W?

Heck No! This is a great angle. As a resident of St. Louis for the past 20 years, I've seen pictures of the Arch from almost every imaginable angle, but not this one. This, obviously, tends to be a photo destination for lots of people who visit here, and live here and it's nice to see a unique, different approach to photographing the Arch.
Great Job.

I tried it in b/w and it just looked... boring to me. Thanks for the idea, though

Well, try it in purple. I like it it is very abstract, but not gaudy. If you do Photo shop or equal you can experiment a lot with this photo. it is nice the way it is though.
