I had other lab telling me that they would print out of tiff and some other format, one even offered TGA and said if they would use the original TIFF or 'play with it'. This one? ffffft. don't do it. Solution? don't bother us with inane questions. Trust me, I will not bother them.

I wonder if I should reply, just for fun, that their solution is just not to use them, ever, and publish their customer tech support lack of ability that leads to a negative opinion of their services as a whole
