We have had a nesting pair in the back pasture for many years. In 2012 the pine died, but so far the pair doesn't seem to mind. A new chick was born this year.

Magnificent! We have a few in our area but they are seen so rarely, the awe just overcomes you they are so majestic. Or, does the awe ever go away? Wonderful photos, you are very blessed!
