Just found this a couple of days ago. They offer a free photography course that is really well done. Simple to understand almost like Bryan Peterson's books. Just thought I'd let the list know about this resource

Thanks, I book marked Stanford. The "Photography Course.net: explains lens curvature, focal plain and color better and simpler than I have ever seen it explained before. I am really impressed with this course.
