very few of the links on the user's profiles work.
This due not to the user's way of entering their site URL but the method used to use
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com first.
When I questioned you about it in private your answer was to enter http:\\<URL>
If you simply remove the bounce off
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com every user URL will work.
Folks check your URL working conditions, they mostly give you this:
HTTP Status 404 - /www.flickr.com/photos/littlebiddle
type Status report
message /www.flickr.com/photos/littlebiddle
description The requested resource (/www.flickr.com/photos/littlebiddle) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/6.0.33
Then either post here to ask for the change mentioned or change your URL to include HTTP:\\
Since this 'bug' is not mentioned anywhere here (or method to post) I suggested you also ask for a change!!!

It's explained in the rules. Now we know who doesn't read them :)

hope ya realize that Mom's can be very un-diplomatic sometimes. guess, she figures she's can do anything she wants.
Just remember that Child abuse, is unacceptable.
Ouch! That probably left a mark. :-)
I do not have a website listed. I was trying to see other folks web sites and none has worked so far.
Do you really believe folks are going to move to another page to see the help???? and then return?
I tried your instructions from our previous exchange, using the FBI web site (I love them when I try stuff) and it worked as intended.
So you need:
1) modify so that folks do not bounce off your site
2) give clear instruction to include the full URL with HTTP:// next to the entry box.
Anywhere else I have been there where no bounce off their web site and <URL> worked just as well as
www.<URL> or HTTT://<URL>
Go ahead, check your users web site and see how many are leading to your 404 page.
So, you do need to fix this as 1 or 2.
Sorry to be a pain in the arse here but you need to get your webmaster (or programmer) to move on this.
I did a quick survey 4 out of 10 do not use HTTP:// while listing their web site or page that is significant.

Mine works because I pretty much figured it out on my own what I needed to do.
I noticed, you were one of the user listed I checked. :-)
