I got into photography in my teenage years. I experimented with my father's Rolleiflex and my own Cosina Hi-Lite and developed pictures in his darkroom. Then came university studies, kids, and a quarter century of point-and-shoot photography. I am returning to serious photography now. I started with a Canon Rebel T1i (which one of my sons is using now) and was happily shooting with a D7100 for several years.

I was looking to upgrade to full frame for a while, and when the SONY A7 III was announced I knew that this is the camera I had been looking for. It has been a great camera for me, and I added a Sony A7R III. I do mostly travel photography (cities, architecture, landscapes), but also wildlife, birds and flowers in Kenya, where I live most of the year.
