I lived in Durango for fifteen years before moving back to Texas (BOO HOO). Nice shots, you made me home sick!
I have taken Native Americans photos for years, Good job! Keep at it!
You don't have to try for professional photographs. You did a great job!
These were shot at the annual POW WOW at Ft. Lewis College, Durango, Co. Lots of color, movement and children.
Awesome Looking cars! Good photographs also!
Some of the many photos of the Indian dancer at Fort Lewis College, Durango, Co. It is the last weekend in March and is an awesome place to take photos of color, movement and children. I was there twelve out of the fifteen years that we lived there.
We lived in Durango for 15 years and made many trips to Ouray. We first thought on retiring in Ouray but settled on Durango. Silverton sure improved over the time that we were in that area. Nice place. Not so great in the Winter.
Check with them and ask when the photo night is? I think they have it a couple times a year. If you can find someone there that is a member of the Durango Photo Club, they can probably tell you. We lived there for fifteen years and was a member.
Love the elephant shot. Very good!
Just a couple of shots of the train. The first one was of it coming back into Durango and The one with Santa is at the winter turn around. They only go half way in the winter. Not trying to brag but for your enjoyment.
Nice shots, hard to get a bad one in that area. we lived in Durango for 15 years before returning to Texas for health reasons. That was shot on what some called the "High Line"?????
I have a shot of Washer Woman of to the right with the early, 7 AM, reflecting on the rocks under the arch. Dead horse Point is another awesome place.
You did a nice Job!
Lived in Durango for 15 years and traveled Last Dollar Road many times. I take it that you did not go over Black Bear Pass above Telluride. It is scary!
They do like the flowers. I've had them come up on the porch and eat out of the flower pots.
Love photos and the deer!
