I tree cried the correct lens direct from Nikon and all is good. Like I said they gave me a $30 discount and free next day air shipping. As far as the free lens goes. It a fine lens but I have this lens and I don't neck another one. I'll sell or trade it in and get something I can use. Go figure thou Walmart is going to put themselves out of the online business if they form partnerships with idiots like Pixibytes. A very frustrating way to get a present for myself and a free one. Didn't know that Walmart had Buy one ND get one going on. I like Nikon great products and efficient in getting your product to your home. Gotta love them.

I have a large supply of Nikon lenses spanning over 30 years. I must have everything from 16mm on up. It simply is a duplicate. I think ill trade it in on a lens I could use.

In an act of insanity, I decided to use the walmart gift cards I received for christmas this year and by the Nikon lens I needed A nikon 35mm f1.8 AF-S DX lens. I usualy order my gear directy from Nikon but I got greedy and thought I could save some dough by using my gift cards and pay the remainder on my Visa. The company that Walmarts Marketplace used for most Nikon Gear is Pixibytes out f NY york.

When I opened up the package I found a Accessory kit and not the lens I ordered but a Nikon 35mm f2 D AF-S lens. I called Walmart and I also Called Pixi-bytes. Pixibytes never responded and Considering that they have an F rating by the BBB I was not surprised. Walmart called and said they would fix the problem and I believed them.

On monday morning I called Walmart and told them that Pixibytes did not contact me in any way shape or form. I got real loud and told them to stop trying to send the lens Walmart could never ship me in the first. They simply can do nothing correct.

After running out of time I went to work and called Walmart a third time and asked for my money back. She said I had to talk to a manager in order to get that done. After waiting what seems like forever the anager comes on the line and tell me I have the wrong manager. I had to talk to the Marketplace manager. Now waiting forever and a day The manage of the Marketplace issued me a refund and put the gift card funds back on my gift cards. When I asked them if they were going to issue a call tag to return the wrong lens they shipped me, she simply said. "throw it away, give it Goodwill or just keep it for yourself."

I reordered my lens from Nikon and receicved a $30 discount because now the lens was on sale.

And what did I get for my trouble a brand new 35mm F2.0 AF-S d lens that I absolutely have no use for, 2 gift certificates and $30 off my new lens.

Thank you for shopping at Walmart Online.

P.S. I now a person in the military that purchased a very expensive targeting laser through a diiferent division of Walmart. When he got the package he had ordered he found one extremely expensive toothrush. Yes it is true names have been changed to protect the innocent.

The subject I find the most challenging is large groups of people. I can easily do portraits of 1 or 2 but group Shots can be a challenge to light for me. The easiest shot for me is any type of macro photography

My recommendations are to only use Epson ink with your Epson printer. Printer heads are particularly sensitive and designed to run with their ink. I have been using nothing but Epson printers for what seems like 2 decades and I never had clogged heads because of ink quality. Only trust the manufacturer for your ink needs.

I have had my F3 HP since it was released in the 80's. I alleys keep fresh batteries in the MD-4 motor drive. It was my go to camera Al those years. I only recently let it go for digital. After decades of lugging that heavy camera and the SB-11 flash I was eager to get a light easy to carry digital. I still use the F3 and it never has failed me. Other than a good cleaning it never has failed me. Best purchase I ever made

I never had any problems with the batteries or the charger for the p600. In fact I have been using Nikon cameras since the photomic F and I never had any repairs to any of my cameras including the F3HP. A perfect record. Go figure

My Nikon P600 bridge camera has a flip screen and it is a very useful tool. I wish my Nikon D3400 had one.

I'd go with the Nikon D3400. It was designed with a beginner in mind yet has a lot of featured that will keep you interested as you learn and grow into a photographer. It is light weight and easy to hold and has the best lenses in the business. I have shot Nikon for over 45 years and they never steered me wrong.

I remember in the old film days when you wanted a quiet camera for street photography we bought the Leica M or R series cameras whisper with they were.
