My wife and I will be visiting Paris for about 10 days this fall and I would like some suggestions for off the beaten path photo spots. An example would be the small park near the Musee Marmottan with it's small rotunda/bandstand and old hand cranked carousel. We have been to Paris before and will naturally revisit some of the main attractions but I'm looking for the more quaint areas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Sounds like a wonderful trip to Paris! I haven't read all of the comments so I apologize if these have already been mentioned. 1. Promenade Planteé which is like a Paris Highline trail above the city. Plenty of photography opportunities. 2. Sainte Chapelle church with its amazing stained glass windows. 3. Night photography at Notre Dame especially when the fire jugglers are there 4. Bir-Hakeim Bridge - amazing architecture and using it as a foreground for the Eiffel tower. 5. Montparnasse Tower - views of Eiffel Tower and the city - go at sunset 6. Rue Crémieux Street - one of the most colorful streets in Paris. Enjoy your trip!
