I have a Canon i8720 wide format color printer that does excellent work with photos--and not expensiveto buy or run --highly recommended--also not fussy to use!

I use Nations Photo Lab for my big prints 24X36 they are located back east, but their prices are very good and they have sales all the time--the results are always outstanding!

The Canon Pixma I8720 is an excellent color printer--not too expensive (especially from Amazon) the consumables are reasonable, and the results are really outstanding--comparable to printers costing much more--especially when printing on Canon Glossy II or Platinum pro papers--I can make fabulous 13X19 prints with this printer, with very little fuss or muss!!

The Sigma 150-600 Contemporary lens is fantastic, and can be used handheld--if you need that kind of telephoto reach, I would get it for any camera!!

I just got the Youngnui speedlight from B and H --it's on sale now or 119.00 I believe--it is very easy to use with my Nikons, and has great reach--I recommend it!

I always shoot in both raw and jpeg--that way I have all the benefits of the raw processing power, and can also see the images right away when I open them in Photoshop Bridge--it takes up more saving space in the camera and computer, but it's worth it to me!!

I got a used D800 as a second camera and really like it ---it is similar to the D810, but has a low pass filter, so it's supposedly not producing as sharp images as the D810--but it doesn't have the moire pattern problem with the D810, etc. ---I think you'll be pleased with the D810 ---my primary camera is a D750, which is also a very outstanding camera, too!!

Martin Evening puts out comprehensive books on all the Photoshop features--but it is expensive --I look at mine from time to tine.

There is nothing obsolete about the D750 --I have had one for a few years and it a marvelous, quality camera--and lot cheaper than say the 850, which is probably overkill for 90% of the people who get it---the lenses are more critical to good pics than the camera bodies--I also have a D800 which I use as a backup camera!

The latest Photoshop CC2019 works fine on Windows 7--but Adobe says that later versions will only work on Windows 10!!

If you have a really old version of Photoshop, you can leave it on your mac--but you can't run both versions at the same time --if you downloaded the newest version it automatically replaced the older CC version you downloaded earlier.

As I've said before, I can't imagine very many people need a camera with the power of the 850, unless they do exhibit sized images or are pros--come to think of it I've had a number of museum exhibits of my work using cameras that don't even approach the level of a D850 --and who cares? --Nobody!!

I have had a D750 for a few years and it's more than anything I could want from a DSLR --the 850 is overkill for the vast majority of phtographers in my opinion!!

I would recommend a lens like the Sigma 28-300mm I have for my Nikon setups--lightweight and good reach for far subjects.
