Not sure what he used, but a friend at church did an 1,200 mile 8 day Morocco motorcycle trip last year, and has some awesome video and pictures. Did a great job post producing in DiVinci Resolve. I believe his primary for the actual motorcyle part was a go-pro..

Actually Lightroom CC DOES use layers, but the LR UI just does not expose the layers to the users. And the new(er) versions the "Mask" section looks like layers to me. I am not real experienced with PS but finding the latest version s of LRC is helping me get more comfortable with it.
No, but they will get clicks from young (and old) men. And once they have you on their site, they will start blanketing you with (more) spam!
Fun Fact: Boca Grande is in Lee County Florida, but if you were in Ft Myers (County Seat) or anywhere else in Lee, you would have to drive through Charlotte County to get there.
I designed the public safety radio system for Lee (and Charlotte) County and getting to and from Boca Grande chewed up a lot of time. It is a beautiful island though, as Sylvia's pictures perfectly capture.
I've never used the $10 descaling solution they sell. White Vinegar does the trick and is much cheaper.
Another vote for Davinci Resolve, great program!
Have an older IC-720a HF rig w/PS, tuner, and mobile tuner. Haven't used it it years (have a IC-7300). The unit works last time I used it, but has the documented intermittent transmit problem. Been meaning to take to a hamfest and sell, but never get around to it... Been to the Melbourne hamfest many times when I lived in West Palm. I have no amps though. Might be interested in any Nikon gear you have..
Dunno, think I've ridden in one that's got that beat. I worked for in two-way communications for many years and have been in an elevator that went over 1,500 feet. One in Homestead, Florida - broadcast tower for ch. 6 which was a 2,000 ft giant (that went down in Hurricane Andrew), and one in Hobe Sound - another broadcast tower. Not much of elevators mind you - barely enough room for 1 1/2 men - but could you up to do maintenance without a several hour climb. Just an open air cage with cables hoisting it. I rode those two for research and checking out a request only - not something I wanted to or normally would do...

So it was shot with film?
Something like 8 miles - oops 11 miles! of 70mm stock in a showing. The largest platter size ever used, I understand.
I'm interested. I will PM you.

Nice shots, how high can you legally fly in Canada?
I believe when I researched it, it was similar rules to the U.S. I kept my max ceiling settings to 400 ft, but didn't really get close to it.

Are those Pikes strong fighters on the line?

Nice set. Beautiful place. Did you catch any fish?
Caught a small pike, one lady in our group caught a large muskie - but she had to release it. picture shows her husband holding it.
Got the offer to go fishing in Northern Ontario at the Twisted Toque Fishing Lodge, and brought along my DJI mini 3 pro, and although the weather wasn't the best for the whole trip, got some good shots on a couple flyable days!
