I think my camera is in need of repair. I've tried all the suggestions. (Thank you for the advice.) When I'm able to get the camera to work, the photos are very dark. I used a 50 mm 1.8 at 100 in a brightly lit room and the photos are barely visible.
I picked up my Nikon D750 after not using it for several months and I find that it is working in a very sluggish way. It's showing "r41" and its only shooting when I press the back button focus and shutter button. Overall, the camera is very unresponsive. What's the problem and what do I do to fix it?
I need a good affordable landscape lens for my Sony A6000. Any suggestions?
My D750 was refurbished by Nikon. It's been a wonderful camera.
I bought a factory refurbished Tokina 100mm macro lens several years ago and have been very happy with it.
I purchased a refurbished D7200 and D750 from BH and have never had a problem.
Thank you all for the information. The camera is now working like it should.
I'm finding the shutter release button on my Nikon D750 a bit sluggish and "r22" is displayed on the control panel each time I press the shutter release button. What's up? I've checked the manual and the internet and can't get an answer that resolves the problem.
I've been very happy with the Tamron 100-400. I've taken some great pictures with it on a Nikon D7200.
Thank you for the information.
Thank you for the information. I really appreciate it.
I live in Chicago, a place that gets a bad rap for crime and violence. I've never been a victim of crime here. A little street smarts is all it takes.
Thanks everybody. I appreciate the input.
I'm going to be in Ho Chi Minh City at Christmas time. I want to take my camera but I've read several stories online about rampant purse and camera snatching on the street. I don't know if these stories are baseless or overblown. I'd like to hear from those who have been there.
I took the Tamron 100-400 on safari in Zambia this summer and got some really great pictures. I used it with ease on a D7200. The reviews for the Tamron were a bit better than those for the Sigma. I chose not to go with the 150-600 because of the weight.
I have it and enjoy using it. Unfortunately, that opportunity rarely presents itself.
