Be sure you have a graphics card that has a display port connection.

Thank you for the analysis and I agree I do need to use the camera and the lenses, timer control,GPS, flash etc I invested in. I would take the 420 years and shoot less if there was a choice there.LOL
Thank you again. It was very easy to download and use. My shutter count is 2805. I bought the camera when it hadn't been out very long. Not much use, but I hope to use it more or maybe buy a mirrorless canon. Thanks again for your very speedy and relevant reply.

I have a Canon 5d mk3 and I would like to know the shutter activations. I downloaded eosinfo and I could not connect the app with the camera. The camera shows up on the computer and I can read the files. Any help will be appreciated.
Click the window in the lower left corner of your monitor>go to setting click update and it will search. I usually check daily especially on Thursday when updates usually show up. Even if it say you don't have an update click the update button anyway, most of the time there is at least a defender update.
Have you fix your windows 10 problem? If not what have you tried?

Are you sure the drive is not defective? My guess is that is the problem. I have installed over 20 SSD drives using the migration software and I never had a problem.

I Have an unused cs5 serial number and of course the disk. I purchased them several years ago and have since migrated to the cloud suite.
As far as really covering Photoshop and light room Lynda .com has video training with lessons on about any technical subject from the beginner to the advanced. Tons on Adobe and every time Adobe releases an update Lynda has a course covering what has changed. Check it out and the video quality is excellent.
