Stumbled upon this little one this morning in my field. Lucky I had my iPhone with me.
Nice shots. Way to go. No mosquitos were spotted.
Great picture. I wish I could of taken as good when I was doing this kind of photography.
This may be last but have you ever tried water pipe insulation. It's used in cold climates to keep hot pipes hot so as not to lose heat to surrounding areas that don't need it.
I use it to not only cushion my tripod legs ,but to keep the cold metal from my fingers in the winter here in PA.
Where was photo taken? Brown bears like that are usually in Alaska. On Kodiak Island? They look like a form of Grizzly from up there.
I used Adorama back a few years . They gave me a fair price for used film equipment. B&H didn't want to buy used at that time. Camera stuff is like used cars. They won't give you anything for it ,but when you go to buy it from them they get top dollar. Just a matter of economics.
I think my Epson Perfection V600 Photo is a good 35mm scanner, but I have never used it. Look up it's specs.
Thank you tdekany. That's why we take photos of waterfalls. We make them milky because they win prizes. The eagle was a composite done in photo shop. The eagle was a captive at a rehabilatation station. I didn't enter the one you see. That was taken on my bed and retaken off computer as you see on the bottom of the picture here is my computer screen.
These were entered in past Bloomsburg Fairs Photo Contests. 2 of them won a red ribbon for 2nd place and the last one a yellow for 3rd place.
It is a nice picture . The rocks in foreground give it a nice perspective. Only thing is, where is beach located? I'm not familar with you location. Could be Australia , Alaska or South America?????
Great photo. I just can't seem to get good pictures of them here in N.E. Pennsylvania. I'll just keep on trying though.
I like the Tamaron 150 -600 . It has vibration control and the pictures hand held are beautiful . I have the standard one before the new G2. I'd look into the Tamaron. Cheaper than Sigma and as far as I'm concerned better.
I use my flash and I have a Tokina 12- 24 wide angle that really works well. I have done a couple of high school class reunions and they always come out great. I do use Photoshop to make any corrections and I shoot in Raw and Jpeg so I have control over lighting and any other problem that arises. My camera is a Canon 7 D.
Go to Photo Plus, "The Canon Magazine'. Produced in England and sold at Barnes and Noble. Not a cheap magazine ,but it has every thing you would want to know. $13 bucks at B&N. I love it and pick it up whenever I see an interesting article on the front page. Go for it.
Way to go Trump. I agree with you SS319. He's the best president we had since the Bush's. The last one and his wife were both idiots. Rich idiots.
