I was in Barcelona last year. Your 24-105 should be sufficient. You may want a faster lens for inside churches or museums. If you plan to visit Sagrada Familia (I highly recommend it), make reservations before you go so you don't get shut out. Have a great trip.

Go in September or early October. That is their spring and you want to go before all the leaves block your views of the animals. It's an absolutely amazing trip. Enjoy. I used a 70-300 on my APSC Canon for virtually all my shots. A fast lens might be good for evening outings.

I checked B&H and Fuji and neither of them show a picture of the included wall wart. But, it did come with one. There was the actual charger, the cable and the wall wart (I've never heard that term) in the box.

I have the Fuji charger for my X-T4. It chargers both batteries simultaneously with no problems. I use only OEM batteries. Never had a problem. I use the special plug that came with it. I have heard of problems if you use a different plug.

I'm considering these two lenses. The Tamron is goes to 500mm but is F5 - F6.7 at 500. The Fuji goes to 600 but is F 5.6 to F 8 at 600. Does the extra 100 mm offset the higher F stop or is the lower F stop more important? The F 8 really concerns me. I will be shooting wild life and grandkids sporting events, outside. Does anyone have experience with either of these lenses? If so which did you get and did you consider the other one? The Tamron is currently $700 less than the Fuji. Thanks in advance for your information.

It takes 5 photography judges to change a lightbulb. 1 to change the bulb and 4 to tell them how it could have been done better.

Went to Antarctica in 2018. One of the best ever trips. Many passengers used long lenses, 150-600, and monopods on the ship for whale and bird photos. On shore I used mostly 70-300, hand held. one thing I learned, while sitting on muddy brown snow taking pictures of penguins, was that brown snow is not mud. Use your imagination. The pro photographers on board recommended increasing exposure compensation 1/2 to 1 full stop. My biggest regret is that we did not include South Georgia on our trip. Take extra batteries and charger. Enjoy, the isolation is breath taking. It's just you, the ice and the penguins, truly a life changing trip. With the exception of the monopod, I hand carried my equipment on all flights with no problems.

If you ever get the chance to attend a B&H OPTIC conference, run don't walk, to attend. The conference was presented at the Conference Center in Monterey, CA, last weekend. I live on the central coast of California so I will probably never get to B&H's store in NYC, but I could drive to the conference. All the major camera manufacturers were represented. The B&H employees who represented the manufacturers were extremely knowledgeable about all products, not just the ones they were representing. All the presenters were excellent. Multiple photo set ups were arranged for attendees. Thank you B&H for an excellent conference. I hope you return next year.

I will be shooting my grandson's water polo match next Thursday. it's strictly for fun so no real pressure. I shoot APSC Fuji. I'm thinking 70-300 lens (certainly open to suggestions), not sure about shutter speed, polarizer, exposure compensation (outdoor pool in San Jose, CA). I'll probably be shooting in shutter priority so aperature will be camera set. I also usually shoot with auto ISO. Any suggestions are welcome, especially if I totally missed something. Thanks in advance for everyone's advice. I've shot baseball with no problems, but first time for water polo.

Keep a close eye on the forest fire threatening the Sequoia Grove. Hope your vacation is not effected. I love Yosemite and live close enough to get there once or twice a year. Good luck.

I have rented lenses from Lens Rentals. They always come with a UV filter. recently sold a lens so I removed the filter prior to selling. Much to my surprise, there was a deep 1/4 inch scratch on the filter. The lens was fine. I have no idea how the scratch got there, but at least it was not on the lens.

Just returned from a brief, 3 day, trip to Yosemite. Bridal Veil and Yosemite Falls both flowing. Not at all crowded, even had lunch at the Ahwahnee hotel without reservations. However one of our favorite spots, Glacier Point, will be closed all year for repairs to the access road. Also direct access to Bridal Veil falls is closed due to repairs to the parking area. My favorite time there is early spring for the falls or winter with snow. Summer is bumper to bumper and access this year is going to be quite limited. The falls will probably be dry by late June this year, if not sooner. You should definitely get to Yosemite at least once. It is amazing and a photographers dream. Good luck.

Thank you to all who have replied. I will probably go with KEH, especially since B&H doesn't have the lens, used, in stock right now.
