I thought about that too but they assured me that the Wi-Fi extender they sent me would work. When I returned it to the Verizon Store, I asked that same question and they showed me a document that said the extender I had was compatible with the Verizon Internet Gateway I was using.

None of the 10 to 12 Verizon people I talked with about the issue had any real technical knowledge about the hardware they were trying to troubleshoot. Everyone just walked through the same setup steps that came with the unit.

I did connect my old Tp-Link Wi-Fi router up to it and low and behold it worked just fine and greatly improved my download speeds (5 to 30 Mbps to 160 Mbps+). It was always my thought that the output power of their Internet Gateway was NOT sufficient enough to cover a 2700 square foot house and I proved that with the TP-Link test. I just wanted them to admit that and send me a solution to correct it.

I returned the unit to a Verizon store and they ordered a replacement for me, it should be here tomorrow. Looking at one of the emails Verizon sent me for the order I see a different extender is coming. Hum, maybe they realized they initially sent me the wrong hardware. I'll know more tomorrow if that was the case.

Has anyone signed up for the latest Verizon 5G home internet service? The service uses a device called an "Internet Gateway" which is a white cube about 6" x 6" x 6". My dilemma is that the Wi-Fi signal is so weak it needs a signal booster (Wi-Fi Extender) to reach other rooms that are about 50 feet away. After two months of hounding the Verizon
about the poor performance they said I needed and sent me a Verizon C3200 Wi-Fi extender.

The problem is that I have been unable to setup and configure this Wi-Fi extender after talking with at least 12 Verizon Tech Support people it is still not working. One Tech Support person even told me that the C3200 is the incorrect device for "The Cube" but did not offer a solution for the correct extender.

Is there anyone out there that has this service and successfully configured any Verizon provided Wi-Fi extender? I am experience very poor (5Mb/s to 30 Mb/s) when they advertise 80 Mb/s to 350 Mb/s. I can get this speed only within 30 feet or less from the Internet Gateway.

Any help from anyone who has a similar experience and successfully configured this C3200 Wi-Fi extender?

I have been using ON1 for some years now and happy with it. ON1 has "New" plugins that look pretty cool but they are pushing subscriptions now. Looks like if you want to "Own It" standalone version everything is Al La Carte. I have sent several inquiries to ON1 without a response though.

What do you hogs think about ON1? Are you happy and ready to jump in and order the ON1 2023 Raw? The demo videos sure look good, if they really perform that way.

I've been trying to buy the new Microsoft Xbox series X for my grandson. Has anyone had any luck getting one of these without the 200% to 300% price tag? I know there is a chip shortage but someone is finding these and then reselling them for 2 to 3 times their MSRP.

DUH, I figured it out, senior moment.

As it was capturing images just fine in Aperture mode I was sure there was something wrong with the camera in the Shutter Priority. Then I saw where the "Photo/Movie Selector" was set, the Movie position.

Seems odd that the camera would take single shots in the Movie mode but all is good now.

I haven't used my Z7 for a few months but yesterday I pulled it out for a soccer game. During my setup of the camera I noticed some issues. First off there was no shutter sound, it was silent but did capture the shot. I thought this odd so I checked the menu to see where the Silent Photography setting was set at the mode was set to "Off". I moved it to the "On" setting to see how it reacted. I noted that when I took a test shot, the screen did not momentarily darken as the manual indicted it should. I then noted when I set the camera to "S" shutter priority that the settings did not change when I rotated the Command Dial. I tried "A" aperture priority and the sub-command dial changed the aperture settings as expected. I set the camera in "M" manual mode and I could now use the command dial to change the shutter settings and the sub-command dial adjusted the aperture as expected.

So I have at least two issues, No shutter sound and can't select the desired shutter speed in Shutter Priority. Has anyone had these issues? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Unfortunately I have done this but ON1 does not appear in the available choices. I have tried all the selections at the bottom of that option.

This only allows me to select Modify or uninstall

I have tried that but when looking at the list of apps available, ON1 is not on the list.

The choice for search is only to the Microsoft store which doesn't have anything.

I will try removing and reinstalling ON1 as a last resort after hearing from everyone here.

ON1 does show up in “Apps & Features but not in default apps.

I tried that but it still doesn’t show up to select it. Under photo viewer, choose an app it ON1 doesn’t show up to be selected.

I have a windows 10 laptop that isn't showing my ON1 program anywhere in the default choices menus. can someone aid me in solving this dilemma? On1 doesn't show up in "Open With", "Default Apps", "Choose an App by file type", "Set Defaults by APP", and "Choose Default APP by Protocol". I can see ON1 on other computers but for some reason it doesn't show up on the laptop. The app launches and runs fine on the laptop. There is probably a setting somewhere I am missing,

This is true, I'm looking for a word document that I KNOW is in my Document Folder. The search should find it with ALL selected but it does not. Only when I select DOCUMENT does the search find the file I'm looking for.
