This started as a remembrance of John Warnock. Where are we going with this???
A very sad Jesus indeed, perhaps reflecting our current world.
Wonderful series of pacific classics. Your F6F though is actually an F4F Wildcat. Great captures.
Wow, did you time that right. Great capture.
I'm sure there are quite a few of the younger generations that will just see headstones and not the meaning of what they stand for.
A very nice tribute for Memorial Day.

And I pray at least as many will look for the true meaning.

Beautiful shot. Where and with what please?
Have looked only on my phone, as received and maximum enlargement. I perceive slightly less exposure in #2 therefore a bit more contrast which I like better. Perhaps a difference in your post. As far as noise and sharpness are concerned in this comparison they are so close, #2 is the tiniest notch better only if you are pixel peeping. I would bet that if you lowered the exposure a hair in #1 one couldn't tell the difference between the two. IMHO of course.
Color. The wagon pops more. B&W is a bit flat to me, but if it jumped out more I might change my mind.
I have found that shooting in 'burst' mode improves your odds of getting a decent composition, eliminates many of the eye blinks and head turns that ruin a shot. 1 to 2 seconds in slow burst mode should do the trick and give you a good selection from which to choose. Doesn't take really any longer than a single exposure.
Breathtaking views. #2 could be a mural! Is #3 by any chance Squamish??
My first look was little more than a glance but enough to have a more comfortable feeling toward the second. Something left me with a less comfortable feeling about the first.
I continued reading all the responses and at this point had to go back and study the pictures again.
I quickly realized it was the left to right water flow that was calming and natural to me. Right to left flow seems "against the grain". The position of the bird has no effect on my reaction.
I am right handed in all I do.
And the tripod it would need?
