Our church bought one and we used it on our Spring Break Mexico Mission Trips. We built homes for poor families. I took all the pictures and posted them daily to our web-site, so the parents of the kids could see what we have been doing and what we have accomplished. It was very popular with the church members and also with many people worldwide after they located our website. The camera served us for number of years.

They have software for the most if not all scanners on the market even those that are not being produced anymore.

Go to https://www.hamrick.com/ they have software for Nikon scanner and it works on Mac. I have the same scanner and it does great job. I have the 2020 iMac and it works very well.

Nikon Coolscan V has a Infrared Digital Ice that suppose to scan images and clean the unwanted stuff. Did you tried that?

I started way back when computers ran on DOS system. Anyone remembers that? Then I started with windows when windows had V3. Used Windows until 2011 when I got tired of all the problems that kept coming up and my computer finally crashed. At that time my daughter had a 2010 23" iMac. I liked what I seen and I bought the 2011 27" iMac. Since then I had 2015 27" iMac and finally now I have the 2020 iMac. My daughter has the 2015, my son has the 2011 and my 8 year old granddaughter has my daughter's 2010 23" iMac. That is called recicling.

My wife and I were maried in this wonderful cathedrale on August 9, 1973. It was full with tourists and our family. We are still married today.

Actually it is red and green. That is prevailing problem for color blind people. I am one of them. It kept me from getting into Naval Officers Candidate School.
