If you really think the D750 can’t handle BIF, I would kindly disagree.
The D500 is my choice for wildlife. Also have the D850 but still favor the D500. I own the 200-500 and the Sigma 150-600 contemporary, and favor that lense over the 200-500. That being said, the 200-500 performs well.
If I chose to switch, I’d probably bypass Canon for Sony. Just sayin!
Look on eBay for Sigma 150-600 contemporary. Might cost a little more but great for bird/wildlife. Been using one for five years.
I like raptors. If the eye is not tack sharp, I delete. Since I always burst, there are usually some keepers along with discards.
Lived in Esfahan, Iran in the late 70’s. Reminds me of trips to the city bazaar - fascinating! Great shot. Thanks for sharing
Great pic of a great flower. Hard to keep them going past June where I live in Texas. Went to Beaver Creek, CO in August; Unbelievable huge pot gatherings. Thanks for showing!
If you are attaching it to an ASPC sensor body, focus can be problem in low light for sure. I have encountered several times with my D500. Not so much on full frames.
Yes, I would buy it again but being a fan of wildlife I really like my D500, and I have the D750 which I always use for people get togethers. So what you plan to do with it should be a consideration.
The Nikon 1.4 is affordable. Even more so on EBay, and there is a ton of them out there. I have one, carry it with me; use it little. Only to play with at night.
Yep. I headed off to Alaska with no battery charger 😣 Whst a DA move!!!
Gonna be really tough to get there with that budget. Maybe a garage sale by someone that didn’t know what they had was worth.
