Hi, I am in the Chicago area, near Fox Valley shopping center. Guess you are shipping it to the person in Ohio. Too bad it went so quick.

Check out Tokina 100mm on KEH. They may have what you want.

I have the Tokina 100mm f2.8 (for Nikon used on my D810) and can highly recommend it. In my opinion, a better value than the Nikon 100mm f2.8 which is also a great lens but costs much more.

When I decided to get back into photography some years ago, I picked Nikon. The main reason was the availability of a lot of excellent older used prime lens for very reasonable cost that are still better, in many but not all cases, than the current zoom lenses. Camera bodies are always changing but a good lens can last, at least until the camera maker decides to change the lens mount.

Is the 300mm lens AI, i.e. does exposure metering work with a D810?

I have owned and used this lens for several years with my D810. It is capable of producing great quality images and the micro feature comes in handy. I just shot some micro views of a beautiful leaf which turned out very pleasing. I also have the Nikon 50mm f1.8 but find the 60mm more versatile as a general walk around lens as I often would like a micro shot and only rarely need the extra stop or so of light that the 50mm would give.

The 30xx... series by Nikon means intended for sale in the US market. Almost nothing in recent times is actually made in the US by Nikon.

With a few exceptions, a serial number 30xx... from Nikon means a US market product.

Lookin to buy a Tamron 90mm VC macro lens for Nikon. If you have one and are planning to sell it, please send me a PM with details and price.

Just fyi I like my Tokina 100mm f2.8 macro for Nikon; not looking to sell it. Perhaps an alternate to consider.

Nikon 105mm f2.5 AI manual focus lens with rear cap, HS-8 hood and Tiffen 52mm haze filter. This is one of the lenses that made the "nikon" lens brand famous. It is in very good condition. All older lenses have a few dust specks but these do not impact the image quality as far as I can tell. A great prime lens good for portraits and mid-range telephoto use. $130 shipping included in the 48 states.

PM me if interested.

I had posted this lens earlier and had interest, but had to withdraw the listing as time ran out for me to package and send it due to starting some travel.

This lens, Tokina SD 11-16 F2,8 (IF) DX for Nikon, is in excellent condition and has gotten very good reviews. It comes with front and rear caps, BH-77B hood, and a Hoya 77mm skylight filter. I cannot justify keeping it since I went to a full frame camera. I have used it on the D810 (full frame camera) and it produces a full frame image at 16mm, even though it is a DX lens. $250 shipping includes in 48 states.

Nikon 105mm f2.5 AI lens with rear cap, HS-8 hood and Tiffen 52mm haze filter. This is one of the lenses that made the "Nikon" lens brand famous. Produces great portraits. It is in very great condition. It is a manual focus lens. Unless you are shooting action, I have not found manual focus to be an issue. On higher end Nikon cameras, it can be entered into memory and used in aperture priority as well as manual mode. Maybe other modes? $130 shipping included in the 48 states.

Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 (SD 11-16 F2.8 (IF) DX) for Nikon with rear and front caps, BH-77B hood, and Hoya HMC 77mm skylight filter. Excellent condition. I may have the box. This is a great wide angle lens as attested by many reviews. Little known fact: at 16mm its works well on an FX camera as well. $265 including shipping in 48 states.

Nikon 55-300mm f4.5-5.6G ED VR AF-S with rear and front caps, and Hoya HMC UV 58mm filter. Also excellent condition. $150 including shipping in 48 states.

I am now using a full frame camera (Nikon D810) and no longer have need for these lenses. I did use the Tokina at 16 mm on the 810 with very good results. However, since I have a 20mm f2.8 for the 810, the Tokina is little used. All stored in smoke free environment. We are trying to reduce things to move as we hope to downsize to another home before long.

PM me if interested.
