I raised one & released him back to nature gradually but another squirrel attacked him and he ended up losing a fair bit of his tail but he survived and lived for around 5 yrs. I had a couple squirrel houses in my trees he stayed in them for awhile but moved on. He came back to eat they love black oil sunflower seeds there favorite, I would feed him shelled walnuts sometimes and apple slices and dried corn on the cob. I knew it was him by the tail also a notch in his ear and he always would eat out of my hand. Good luck with your little squirrel.

No he has lost part of his tail, I had one just like this and he lived for several years. It's to bad because they use them to cover up & keep warm.

Great shots! I love watching them and catching shots of them, I have yet to see a white or albino squirrel had a red one briefly with a all white tail.

Why my new Canon 80D is better than a Nikon D7200.
Quite frankly, it isn't; it's different but not better because as a tool, they essential do the same thing.

The 80D is better for me than a D7200 because I already own every XXD series camera Canon has manufacturer so I'm real familiar with how it works. Add that to the 5Dsr, 6D and 7DII that I own and it's easy to figure I probably have a whole lot of lenses that will work on the 80D but not a one that will work on a D7200.
Does Canon make better cameras than Nikon or Nikon better than Canon?! Don't know, don't care! It's not so much who has the better tools but who can use the tools better.
Why my new Canon 80D is better than a Nikon D7200.... (show quote)
