I rcently tried boulder stacking. I'll try another hobby when I'm released from the hospital.
I have a billion dollar idea! A full frame camera with a built in phone!!!
My uncle, Bernie Mason, was "Task Force Mason" 1st LT. when he landed in France as a member of The Ghost Army seen on PBS. He's 97 now & I still wouldn't arm wrestle him.
Those outdoor concrete port a pottys are convenient! Sorry - couldn't resist!
I've used it on a D200 & D5100. It was acceptable until it came apart in my hand as I focused. Sent it to Sigma & they offered to replace it with the newest upgrade for only the full price that I paid for the broken one. Buy Nikon. Still using Nikon lenses I bought in the '70's.
I guess he's a hurricane "survivor". Thanks Trump.
The easiest, most perfect answer to your question is to take me with you. I'll carry the equipment, take the pictures and process all of them after the trip. If I sound jealous, I am. :)..
Beautiful! Just curious....HDR or incredibly clean air? Either way WOW! Thanks.
Great lens! Only one you will need. 66000 shots on mine & still 100%.
Having photographed about 600 weddings the above info is right on point. I can. Sum up my advice with one word: BACKUP!!!!!
All of the replies above have merit. The only sure way to get great images is to take me with you (all expenses paid so I could concentrate on you).
I had a Sigma 17-70 for about 500 clicks. It came apart in my hand while focusing. Sent it to Sigma. They offered me a $10 discount on their new. 16-70. I told them where they could stick the lens while I decided. I should have known better. Only Nikon & Leica now.
Yup.....you pay to play. But they are fun & will spark your creativity. Enjoy!
No reflection on your skills... but as a critique of the images only: the first image is well lighted but the model is too far to the right. The 2nd is a snapshot, not a portrait.
Perhaps it's time to put down the camera and pick up a guitar. Much easier to determine when you are right or wrong.
