Thanks for the pics ! They made me think of when I was a kid and we used to try to ride the 'wild' donkeys with a string tied around their necks . Good thing we were young enough to still bounce .
What a wonderful photo - it makes me wish I knew him !
I love the symmetry of #1. And although I have only been to NYC once, these pics nearly break my heart with longing to be there. Thank you so much for the memories !
Amazing attention to detail in tecnique - and thank you so much for sharing how you did it ! I am a rank amateur, so really have no room to comment, but... the only thing I might wish for is a change in the blur in the background - a little more - or a little less. To me the way it is now is a little distracting as my eyes tend to focus on it to make it a little more or less. Thanks for reading this !
Like number two better. When I saw number one it looked kind of bleached out to me and I was hoping for more detail on the rocks, and you did a good jiob of bringing that out .
BTW , crusty old woman here, and live in God's country too .
Beautiful photographs ! Is number 2 a mosque ?
Off topic - but always wondered what CCTV is ?
Great photos - love the kitty closeup and the spider most .
Thanks - love bug pictures, even if they are of spiders _ great pictures, and hand held !
You have been taking good care of her ! Had a 30 something pony at one time, took her and another horse into town to get their teeth floated - was I embarassed when the vet pointed out The Old One had no teeth .
Hi - I'm from Eastern Washington state . Haven't taken pics (35 mm) for several years. Just recently started trying a Nikon "Cool Pix" but too point and shoot for a lot of my favorite topics (landscapes. wildlife, umm... old grave yards ) so am going back to my old 35 mm Nikon, and so love this site !
Oh, and there are some abandoned mental hospital buildings at one in Eastern Washington, but the administration won't let you get anywhere near them .
Love these shots, too bad you didn't get inside. To my way of thinking though B&W might have been better - for that "haunted" look .
I've been riding since I was five until I was 55. Only rode drunk once, bareback on idiot horse. Bucked off, fx'd pelvis, never rode drunk again. (fired from wrangler job. Went camping, laid in tent, too much pain. Took bus to parents house, they didn't even say "I told you so ...)
