Anyone who has been reading my posts in The Attic in the last few years will recall that I have been predicting Hillary's total "demise" come election day for at least two years or more; I'm very sorry that I was unable to "be around" when her "leaky boat" of a campaign finally "sank", and I'm sure I would have really enjoyed seeing all of the libturds around her banging their heads against the wall when their abominable "Queen" finally crashed and burned!


I'm still enjoying watching all of the ignorant liberturdians screaming and yelling about "how Trump STOLE the election"! (make my days, suckers!)


In the coming year we will be seeing a HUGE CHANGE in our Federal Government; for starters.....our Department of Injustice (with it's Obama-puppet, hack AG will very shortly be replaced by Senator Jeff Sessions;)

Also, I'm guessing that the twitt currently running the IRS will soon be looking for "other employment".........

And poor Merrick Garland.......his chances of ever becoming a Justice on the SCOTUS now is roughly about as likely as the Titanic being "raised" and put back into regular service again! (which is to say, "not much"!)

I'm paraphrasing everything in this post from Ben Stein's very timely monthly piece in Newsmax Magazine's January issue; This is ALL Ben Steins "thinking", (even though I totally agree with everything he says.)

Ben Stein; This country is coming unglued over race. It's always been a problem that roughly 14% of the population feels alienated and mistreated.

That would be the blacks. They not only felt alienated and mistreated, they were alienated and mistreated from the time they arrived here as slaves in the early 17th century until roughly the last 40 years.

They did not have full legal rights. Their schools were abysmal. They were mocked and belittled in the halls of Congress and in the mass culture. But now there has been an immense change. Black people today are fully legally equal to whites. In many, if not most cases, they are given preferential treatment as compared with whites. They get favor in school applications and in jobs, and in the mass culture, they are allowed to misbehave and have vile obscenities pour from their lips on TV and on stage that would not be tolerated from white people.

Bear in mind, I am talking about only a small minority of black people. Most, of course, are perfectly decent people, but enough of them are violent and disturbing that they frighten and upset a great many people who are not black, (and many who ARE black.)

They have become a privileged minority; you cannot criticize them; you cannot complain about them. They have gone from being vilified to being worshiped.

We now have a very small percentage of the population responsible for a huge percentage of violent crime. We have a stunningly large percentage of black children and and adults who simply cannot read or do basic math. We have vastly greater voluntary unemployment among blacks than among whites and asians.

Yet, Hillary Clinton knew that she could not possibly win without surrounding herself with blacks and begging them for their votes. IMHO, she went off the rails by hanging out on stage with black entertainers who used the most vile words and gestures to refer to white people who supported her opponent.

She made herself the candidate of people who were frightening and bewildering to many whites.

Those whites were angry-at least some of them- at at what they saw as the parasitism and violence of blacks. When we have a program of stigmatizing the whites and blacks on the police force as purposely murderous to blacks, that's not only factually wrong, it's morally repulsive and wicked. It is not a sin to be white, (any more than it's a sin to be black or any other race.)

Yet Clinton threw in her lot with people supporting such views, and it hurt her badly among working class white people-and this is still a mostly white country. The result was a huge outperformance by Donald Trump among whites. This was enough to win the election for Trump when connected with the historically low turnout of blacks at the polls.


Anyone who misses reading this piece by Ben Stein in it's entirety in Newsmax will be missing one of the most eloquent pieces of opinion writing that I have seen in a long time.

C. judging from your photograph, I'm guessing that you are probably either a "perv", a "smerf", or possibly even a fellow who suffers from "GIC"; (for those unfamiliar with medical terms, individuals with "CIC" are said to be afflicted by "gender identification confusion".)

4. While you clearly have nothing but contempt for the N.R.A., you turn right around and attempt to use them as your "expert opinion" when you think you can take what they've said out of context and cause it to "conform" with your own "position" of total ignorance.

A disabled Kansas City, MO woman proved that every second counts when police are minutes away.

The homeowner said just after 11PM on Wednesday night, she heard loud knocking and banging at her front door. She grabbed her gun for her protection when she couldn’t see who was trying to enter her house.

And it’s a good thing she did.

The man eventually kicked in her front door, and gaining entrance to her home, charged toward the homeowner, who neighbors say walks with a cane.

At that point, the woman steadied herself and shot the man as he rushed toward her.

KMBC reported:

A longtime friend and neighbor of the woman said she didn’t want to be identified. She said the woman who lives at the house is in her late 40s and uses a cane to get around. The friend said the woman’s two sons sometimes stay at the house, but her toddler granddaughter is there almost all the time.

The friend said she understands the trauma of Thursday night’s situation. She said she understands the choice the woman made.

“If I felt I was being threatened, yeah, I sure would have,” said the friend.

Police said the man, whose name has not been released, was a friend of a relative and had been at the home earlier. He had been asked to leave, because the homeowner said he had illegal narcotics on him.

The woman was questioned and released. No charges have been filed at this time, but the prosecutor’s office will review the case and make a final determination.

As the battle for the Democratic party’s presidential nomination heads to delegate-rich New York, supporters of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders are making a shocking allegation.

A scam that kept thousands of Sanders backers from casting their ballots in Arizona last month is being run again in New York.

And they’re concerned that Hillary Clinton and the powerful party forces backing her may be behind it.

As one social media user from New York put it, “voter suppression is alive and well here.”

For last month’s Arizona primary, thousands of Sanders backers who had previously been registered as independents switched their party registrations to Democrat so they could vote.

But when they showed up at their designated polling places, they learned that their registrations had suspiciously been switched back to independent — and they were unable to cast their ballots.

And now it appears something awfully similar is happening in New York.

New York is a closed primary — which means that only registered Democrats can vote. And Sanders supporters who registered as Democrats say their party affiliations are being changed against their will.

According to a report from The Gothamist, “Since shortly before the late deadline to register to vote in the April 19th presidential primary in New York, state Board of Elections spokesman Tom Connolly said his office has been fielding nearly 100 calls a day from voters who are ‘pissed off’ about their registration status,” and that “the complaints are largely coming from Democrats—’a lot’ of them Sanders supporters.”

Sanders supporters have taken to social media to air their grievances, many concerned that they won’t be allowed to vote, even though they had properly registered as Democrats:

Any fair reading of State Department and general federal government laws regarding the use of classified information by federal employees makes it is clear that Hillary Clinton violated the law—both by improperly setting up her own private server, and then by sending information through it that was classified. And it is evident that Clinton went to such extraordinary lengths in order to mask her communications and shield them from the sort of Freedom of Information Act suits that now are plaguing her—and that she arbitrarily decided which of her private server emails were public and which private, and then simply destroyed thousands of them without audit.

If she is not indicted by the Obama administration for violations of federal laws or conspiracy to obstruct justice, in the future it will be almost impossible to prosecute successfully any federal employee for violating government protocols about the handling of classified information. In 2007, special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald indicted and then won a conviction against Scooter Libby, in an investigation that ostensibly began over accusations that Libby had leaked the “covert” status of CIA operative Valerie Plame, the spouse of flamboyant loudmouth Joseph Wilson, who was making wild (and later to be proven unfounded) charges against the Bush administration. Yet in a bout of prosecutorial (and politicized) overreach, Fitzgerald had known all along—but kept quiet—about Secretary of State Colin Powell’s aide Richard Armitage being the self-admitted leaker of information concerning Plame’s employment with the CIA. And Fitzgerald also either knew or should have known that Plame was not really a covert operative but instead was widely recognized to have worked at the CIA. Given such precedents, how can the Obama administration possibly determine the degree of wrongdoing of its own former secretary of State and the likely Democratic presidential nominee? The answer is that this is now a country, after all, that jails a video-maker on a trumped-up probation charge to cover up false talking points about a supposed riot of aggrieved Muslims who ad hoc showed up to kill four Americans. And it jailed Dinesh D’Souza, another video-maker, on a rather minor campaign money-raising infraction.

Federal immigration law simply no longer exists—at least for anyone from Latin America or Mexico who crossed the southern border illegally. President Obama himself, prior to his reelection bid, warned immigration activists that to suspend enforcement of federal law was the act of a king, not a president—and then got reelected and committed the very monarchial sins that he warned about. Presumably if a French woman or a Vietnamese man tried to cross the northern border of the U.S. illegally, he or she would probably be detained. In other words, immigration law has been reduced to a question of ethnic politics and Democratic Party demography. Charges of “racist” in connection with immigration actually are true—but the slurs are directed at the wrong parties: those who insist on open borders do so entirely on ethnic grounds, privileging Spanish speakers in a way they do not Swiss who forget their passports at the airport customs office or Russians who overstay their visas. Quite simply, whether federal immigration law exists depends entirely on the ethnic identity of the transgressor and the perceived political advantage of non-enforcement.

The FBI’s investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s unethical and potentially illegal email habits have reportedly reached their final stage, meaning doomsday looms very near for the insidious presidential candidate.

The Los Angeles Times reported on Sunday that the FBI has begun setting up formal interviews with many of Clinton’s closest aides — and the importance of these interviews cannot be overstated.

“The interviews are critical to understand the volume of information they have accumulated,” James McJunkin, former head of the FBI’s Washington field office, explained to the paper. “They are likely nearing the end of the investigation and the agents need to interview these people to put the information in context.”

He added, “They will then spend time aligning these statements with other information, emails, classified documents, etc., to determine whether there is a prosecutable case.”

Two questions need to be answered: Did Clinton illegally and maliciously use a private email address on a personal server to conduct official business, and did she purposefully or accidentally receive or transmit classified information via that system?

If the answer to either of these questions is yes, Clinton could conceivably be in a heap of trouble, both legally and as the current Democrat presidential front-runner.

“This is clearly disruptive to the campaign,” Democratic pollster Mark Mellman said. “It will take her off message, and coverage about important aides being questioned is not coverage you’d like to have.”

The only bad news, or at least for those who desire to see Clinton face the punishment she deserves, is that the interviews have not been scheduled yet. Moreover, the process of conducting the interviews and then reviewing all the information could take a few weeks.

The former secretary of state would be wise to use that time to breath in as much fresh air as she possibly can.

A report from the Los Angeles Times indicates that investigators with the Federal Bureau of Investigation are setting up interviews with Hillary Clinton’s closest aides, indicating that their investigation of the Democratic front-runner’s time as secretary of state is nearing its conclusion.

While these interviews would still take a number of weeks, it shows the probe is still alive and well and will continue to dog the Clinton campaign. It also may lay the groundwork for an eventual interview with Hillary herself.

Questioning Clinton’s aides is crucial for agents investigating Clinton’s use of a private server to handle confidential government information during her time at the State Department.

“The interviews are critical to understand the volume of information they have accumulated,” James McJunkin, former head of the FBI’s Washington field office, told reporters.

“They are likely nearing the end of the investigation and the agents need to interview these people to put the information in context. They will then spend time aligning these statements with other information, emails, classified documents, etc., to determine whether there is a prosecutable case.”

While some legal experts have said that Obama’s Justice Department would interfere with any attempt to charge Clinton for her private email server and her role in mishandling classified information, other sources have indicated that the FBI might leak the information they have on her if she’s not charged.

“I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they’re ready to indict,” former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, a Texas Republican, said on the “The Steve Malzburg Show” in January. (Relevant part at 4:30)

“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public,” he said, adding, “One way or another, either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another she’s going to have to face these charges.”

Hillary can run, but she can’t hide — and it looks like sometime soon, even she’s going to be talking to the FBI.

Hillary isn't going to be able to shake this off; either Loretta Lynch and her DOJ had better bring an indictment against the Hildabeast, or else the FBI is going to go public with everything they've found out about the POS; Lynch had damn well do her job or she could be in a world of hurt if the FBI leaks all of this crap they've discovered about Hillary and if Trump gets elected she could be facing an indictment of her own the minute Ovomit leaves office.
