Hi,at the minute I am using a Pentax X90 bridge with 26x optical zoom and 12.1 megapixels but am considering buying a Nikon D3000 DSLR at 10.2 megapixels,my question is what would give me the better quality photo with the difference in pixels?Would I be better off getting a new bridge camera just?

Love this,I have many many shots of the moon and as you say just keep them on the computer as well and look back on them and think to myself hmmm I thought that was a better shot lol
