what doe's the NS Stand for

I am guessing it stands for North Stafford for north Stafford county where the picture was taken. Stafford county is refered to as north and south because of school districts and rivalries.

Great photo...bet the truck has a story or two to tell

I'll bet. I really would like to drive it and ask it myself.

I came across this old truck. It just begged for the sepia treatment.

Very nice. I really like the Reed Warbler.

Here's one of my favorites.

These little Chickadees move so fast and hardly ever sit still for very long, so it's been really hard to get a decent picture. I finally got a "keeper".

Great shot very focused. I just love these little guys and Junco's too.

Robins are very skittish. How did you get that shot?
I hope you had another door to get in the shop.

I just happen to have some Canadiens also, with a Heron thrown in.

These pics are from last winter. It's a lot easier to photograph them when the trees are bare.

No unfortunately it's a fixed lens camera. It does have alot of ISO settings & white balance settings and a powerfull 36X (864 MM) zoom lens which I had full out for the humming bird. I was actually about 25 feet away sitting on my pic-nic table with a mini tripod.

How about it Johnny U, Want to share your secret?

Azrrt76: What lens did you use for the Quail?

I used the zoom lens on my Olympus sp 810 uz camera. The ISO for the humming bird shots was 200 & 160. F STOP 5.3 & shutter speed at 1/320 sec.
