Hip Coyote on UHH gave me the name of Jan Miracky in Prague as a photo tour guide and Jan was excellent. Jan, in turn, gave me the name of Miklos Mayer in Budapest as a photo tour guide in that city. Last night my partner Maryjane and I went out with Miklos and he was excellent. Highly recommend him for anyone going to Budapest. He showed us spots to shoot which we would have never found on our own. And he is very helpful with advice on settings and technical info.

You may have to set up a sales account with the state where you live I did this in NJ and VT. This allows you to buy from Don Mar tax free.
