I show Bush no disrespect at all, I am just stating a well known fact that the man was a total idiot when it came to economic policies.

Obviously you know nothing about economics. I'm guessing that you're more in debt than you can pay off in a lifetime.

Ok, I see these point & Shoots that say they have a 20x zoom, what does that mean in context compared to a lens? I have a 200mm lens, does a 20X reach a farther distance? I just don't get it. Please help me understand.

They are different classifications. 20x means it can take an image 20 x actual size. The DSL lenses are measured in mm's, which is the focal length between the front and rear lenses.

Just saying that it is possible, no matter how unlikely it may be, that he is not guilty of terrorism. In this country, people are still presumed innocent.

Presumed innocent only applies to the bad guys.
The law abiding people are penalized for what they do through the stupid laws that are put in effect after the bad guys do what they do.

Fortunately the rest of us should be represented by the Federal Government and if Holder does his job the Federal charges will warrant the death penalty.

Since when does Holder do his job ??
Unless it includes Fast n' Furious, the cover up of Benghazi and other plots.

The act of taking arms against country spares him of the privilege of citizenship, citizens practicing treason are to be considered enemy combatants,
In my opinion he fine folks at GITMO ought to be doing the questioning.
This punk brought his war to America. let him pay the soldiers price in full.

As it's written, the rights of a citizen are inalienable. Which means that we have to change the citizenship program to further scrutinize who we give rights to.
But in this case he is in the margin connecting his rights and being treated as a terrorist.

Just a thought. What IF the older brother made the bombs unbeknownst to his little brother. What IF his little brother was ignorant that the package contained a bomb. What IF big brother told little brother - hey lets pull a practical joke in everyone. Drop this package with a pressure cooker in it and let's see how many people freak out. What if after the explosions, big brother told little brother that if he said or did anything to turn big brother in, little brother would be hunted down and killed along with uncle, mom, and dad?

Just sayin'
Just a thought. What IF the older brother made the... (show quote)

That's a far stretch. He knew what his brother was up to. He was armed too.

LOL I hear on the news that the good people of Massachusetts have twice voted to reinstate the death penalty but that the state government would not abide by the will of the people and that is the only reason that the state has no death penalty.

CT had the death penalty until the great legislature that they are, repealed it last year and turned loose over 8,000 hardened criminals because the prisons were over crowded. Many of them committed more murders to be re-arrested, then released on bond. Several prisons have been shut down because of lack of inmates.

Why does this calm rational Constitutional Logic not extend to the Second amendment? Just a thought?

The liberals don't like guns for anyone. So they change the definition of choice words to fit their agenda.

my question ,what part of their rights wasnt read to the people killed hurt or tramatised by the bomb ??the victoms have no rights !!just poof and it is all over and nobody cares!!

It's the bad guys that don't care. They don't care about rights or laws. That's why they're called bad guys.
The legal system doesn't activate until the suspect is taken into custody.
