Hey Hoggers, happy Fathers Dayto the guys out there. The wifey knows I have been researching the 70-200 f/4 and wants to get me a like new one for fathers day for my 7200. I have the 70-300 non vr that I am not really thrilled about. Sigmas 17-50, 10-20, Nikon 50mm. Nikon 75-300. Is the 70-200 really that good ? Is it a major upgrade? I am not a pro mainly shoot portraits, dogs (I am a dog boarder so I have lots of models). street scenes. landscapes and flowers. Thanks for any advice
Exactly I'll move on to something else Thanks all
What I was thinking too. Thanks
Hey Hoggers 3 questions. I have a D7200,18-140,75-300,70-300 and 2 Sigmas the 17-50 and10-20.Eventhough I am not having any problems should I have them calibrated to my 7200? Will I see a significant difference? Thanks

Hello Hoggers. I am looking for advice on a ND Graduated Filter Kit for a Sigma 10-20mm and D7200. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Ok Jerry more gear it is. Went to this site got "page not found". I picked up a Sigma 10-20mm and have a 7200 now researching Nd filters for landscapes. I plan to shoot mostly beach sunsets and flat landscapes Any advice from anyone here?
Thanks

Taking your advice Larry buying today thanks
Thanks jLocke I have read Tom Hogans review and pretty much settled on the #4
Not looking for a cheapo per say just a solid big zoom. I had the Sigma 150-600 for a minute and loved it but I developed a sciatica problem and could not get out to make good use of it. A few years ago I had a 7100 + 55-300 before it got stolen so I'll most likely get 70-300. Just trying to figure out which one

Hi Cliff thanks for the reply. I plan to stay with Dx and my 7200. I have researched the 18-300 I have the 18-140 as my walk around daytime lens but want a little more reach. All the research I have read says the 70-300 is pretty sharp to about 275 which is fine with me, My only ?? is the 2 vr lenses one is $396 the other is $596.
Thanks for the replies guys however I'm still somewhat confused. I get the vr and non vr difference but I see 2 vr lenses. One priced at $396 and one at $596. Sure I want a vr but why is one of the vr's $200 more? Is the only reason because it was designed for fx? I want the best quality lens of the 2 but I don't plan to go to fx unless I get a windfall so if that is the only difference I could use the $200 for other gear. Thanks
