Not for me, because I never flyโ€”but if they will give enough free gas to drive 75,000 miles, well then...

๐Ÿ‘. I havenโ€™t flown since 1976, in a float plane in Canada.

Use the list for the cars owners would definitely buy again. Thatโ€™s better than the reliability index for how good the car is. Any car at or near the top on both lists is a winner.

I generally use optec straps. For me they have been comfortable and reasonably priced.

Great photos! Sometimes you are lucky to be in the right place at the right time. You took advantage of it very well.

A little side story: about 20 years ago, my brother, a friend, and I were riding our motorcycles on a country road somewhere in Oklahoma when a hawk suddenly dive bombed me while riding along and my front wheel hit him. Looked in the mirror and saw him flying through the air over those riding behind me and landing in the ditch; not moving, dead. We ride on for about a half mile looking for a place to pull over and check for any damage to wheel or fender. Before stopping, my buddy behind me hollered at me on the radio to โ€œwatch out!โ€ As another hawk dive bombed my helmet and missed by a couple of feet. A pi**ed off mate? Donโ€™t know. No damage to bike. Will never know why it happened.

We are on page three and hardly anyone is discussing the photo.

Not a very nice welcome for someone who just wanted people to see his first posted picture.

This was rather exciting for me.
This Great Horned Owl, was flying directly at me. after#4 I ducked, and missed getting all of his wings as he landed.
They are very fast quiet flyers. this sequence didn't last very long, but got my heart pumping.

Desert Museum.

Hope you enjoy seeing these

Oh, I agree! And I live here.
But it's the people IN government, not the actual form of government....
It worked well for years, until people went bonkers.
So, how many countries are laughing at us.

Interesting. There must be an interesting story as to how they came up with that idea.

I am not sure if anyone remembers, I was getting ready to have a photo project displayed at out Brooksville Florida City Hall building. The curator was very helpful. he encouraged me to do this for the Brooksville community.
We hung the photos together plus the description of each merchant ands color photos of the stores. The portraits of the merchants her done in B&W 8 x10 framed with matts.
I also got a write up in our local Newspaper, The Hernando Sun. It was nice to be acknowledged.
I am looking forward to creating another photo exhibit.

I am interested in knowing the choices the photographer made. What's the harm?

I agree. Whatโ€™s the harm in showing the information? For people that are novices it may give a starting point for them to use as they learn. Then they can learn what works for them or not. I donโ€™t see it as a big deal one way or the other.

Was it fabricated in the yard or delivered there, I wonder. If so, perhaps it could be transported to their new home?

What a great photo. Best wishes for her in the quest to reach 100. My great grandmother made to within a month of 102, and I have always regretted not asking her more about the time when she was growing up and as a young adult. People living in that time frame saw so much change; industry, the first cars, the telephone, electricity, etc. 1855-1957.
