I hear you Jim. I have had numerous transactions with MPB. Each time the gear was exactly as described and delivery was quick. My last purchase was a like new Nikon 70-200 f/4 for $550. I sure could not tell it from new.

Hey Hoggers looking to add a teleconverter to my gear. I was wondering how one would pair up with my Nikon 7200, Nikon 70-200 f/4 and 75-300.I would be using it in bright daylight on static objects. Thanks for any info.

I did all the research I could find and decided on the f/4. Very happy with it.

I use a Nikon z9 body and have the F mount converter. When I am not using the 500 PF with 1.4 Converter, I use the Nikon 28-300. I need a sharper lens than the 28-300 and need to know if either the Nikkor 70-200s F or Z will be sharper and if the two ( Nikon z 70-200, Nikon AF-S 70-200 F mount) which would you recommend?
Hello Ken for what it's worth I have the Nikon 70-200 f/4 on my 7200. It is nice and sharp and not very heavy. I shoot with it hand held photographing dogs all the time

Hi GP. I bought a refurbished Nikon 18-140 from Adorama. It was perfect. I swear I could not tell it from new. Also I got a like new Nikon 70-200 from MPB at a great price that I can't tell from new. Good luck.

Absolutely not. Any time I travel my camera bag with camera 4 lenses and all my accessories do not leave my hand or sight at any time. If I had to check my gear in, I would not go.

Hey Hoggers, I just started experimenting with live view on my 7200 hand held.I take a shot using the view finder then the same shot in live view. The live view colors look much more vibrant. Why is that? Thanks for any help.

I am looking at a Z 24-70 2.8 lens from Nikon and wanted to get your thoughts on buying refurbished. I have never bought any items that were refurbished and would like some input whether positive or negative. Thanks, Grandpaw

Agree with you urnst. On a hike in Yosemite my ist wife wanted take a photo of me.I told her to put the strap around her neck. She said " oh only gonna take one picture" and picked up the camera. In one motion, yes she dropped it down a 100 ft cliff.

In May we are off to Italy, Greece and the Holy Land. Then in August, Alaska. I have been stressing over what camera and lenses to take. Then I remembered. About 30 years ago we went to France, Germany, Switzerland, and England and all I had with me was my Olympus XA2 and came back with hundreds of wonderful photos and slides. And then I remembered a very recent trip to Yosemite loaded with cameras and lenses and spending a lot of time changing lenses, lugging around stuff and seeing more of Yosemite through my finder than with my eyes. I missed a lot. Although I will probably take more than an XA2, I will simplify, simplify, simplify. When did it become so complicated? Serious gear for birding, at the shore, in the woods. Simple gear for vacations.
