A new priest in town is accosted by a prostitute. ‘A quickie for twenty pounds?’ she asks. Puzzled, the priest shakes her off. Outside town he meets a nun. ‘Pardon me, sister,’ he asks, ‘but what’s a quickie?’ ‘Twenty pounds,’ she says. ‘Same as in town.’

Im retired for many years now but when I was doing weddings there was a large church in a nearby town that I worked in many times. There were four priests there so I never knew what one was I would have to work with. I liked one more that the others because he always lined up the wedding party facing the congregation. He would have his back to them. This made it great for everyone including the photographer. Than all at once he was gone. I ask my wife's hairdresser who went to that church what happened to him. She said he was messing with the little boys. So they moved him to a different parish. Now I think he should have been defrocked and sent packing. Moving the pervert only sent him to another place.

Transfer was the standard method of the Catholic Church for discipline (or should I say coverup???).
