Canvas prints get placed onto a frame...therefore there is going to be an 'overlap' on every frame top, bottom and sides. ergo your print may appear to have bits missing. Bear that in mind when choosing your print.

Have fun

I have been so pleased with my purchases at a company called NovaColor, 1810 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63104, 314-652-3800, and info@novacolor.com

No, I'm not on a retainer. I've just be soo pleased with their work. After a European vacation, I've had two 72" x 48" canvas prints made, and yes, they wrap around the edges, giving an almost 3-D effect. We've been so pleased with the results. Give them a call, and ask for Fred or Joe, they are the best.

Suggestion: you divide the photo into the sections. Google 8x8 canvas prints .... many for $5-6. I use ON1 Resize 2017 purchased specifically for mirrored canvas wrap edges.

I print my own, mount of a hard board and stand out from wall with 3/4" blocks on back... not canvas, rather print paper...

I've used Artistic Photo Canvas (APC) with excellent results and great service.

I do any lab work at Bay Photo in San Francisco (as mentioned above). I have not done their split canvas prints but have done multiple metal prints with them and have been very happy with the results.

I have had a number done with Bay Photo - one (the photo that accompanies my post, here) that is about 60" in width. Very pleased with the results.

I've done a few of those...

I prefer to set the artwork up myself and order through www.cgproprints.com. PM me if you need some help.

Check out nationsphotolab.com. Give them a call, and discuss how to deal with the problem of edge loss.
They have tons of experience with this kind of printing job.

You should't have any edge loss, when we do canvas we mirror off the edge of the print, how much depends on how thick the frame is, and it is the portion we mirrored off the edge that gets folded around the frame. There should be no edge loss at all

I recommend not doing a mirror or solid colored edges. If you set it up correctly you want the image to wrap naturally...IMHO, it looks better like that.

This can be addressed with careful post-processing. Three separate, overlapping images must be prepared with enough “bleed” for the wraps.

Great point! We have a huge wall in our dining room - the only wall of any size in the entire house - and my wife took five years of staring at it to decide what she wanted to do with it. When I look that photo in France, that made the decision for her. I only mention it because I was impressed that Bay Photo was able to do a print of that size, and it still held up with that kind of radical enlargement. I have never done another print of that size.
