I ran into some Canon MOV files that I hadn't processed because of the want of a converter to AVI.
I did some searching and found out that PIPP will convert MOV files to AVI and jumped right in.
This was shot with my Canon 7D in movie mode at 30 FPS.
I converted and ran it through Autostakker3 Beta to see if it would handle it.
Surprise, it did.
I stacked 30% of 1300 frames and ran it through Photoshop to check for artifact and color.
I did a click white balance and saved as a JPG.
Here tis.

Nice result!

Did PIPP output an uncompressed AVI file? Or did you output the video with a named CODEC?

Well, I think it came out really nice.
How vintage is it?

These are my settings for output. I took the default settings for output so I used the default codec.
I made most of my changes to the input screen and got a very clean AVI file.
I have since also used this to stabilize AVI files that have gone awry and it works pretty well for that also.

Listen, that's why I like the kids books. Just look at the pictures...

That's some old green cheese there PileIt!

When Betty sez something is driving her crazy, I retort with, "Short Trip!"
I'd be better off sometimes thinking, and not saying...

Thanks. I note you did indeed output uncompressed AVI format, i.e.: doesn't require a CODEC.

When in doubt I post a screen shot. I wasn't sure what you were asking but wanted to be clear.
And of course you are welcome.

Green Cheese...

Not Green Cheese.

And if I'm color blind, it's because of that G3 and it's Rainbow Sprinkles.

How's going to Oregon??? I have a chance to get there. For the Eclipse.
I will be in Ashland near Medford but would like to have a place to go closer to Salem or Corvallis.

We used to go wilderness camping out there on the Deschutes River when I was at Oregon State.
