They do in as much as any experiment has to be independently repeatable. If one claims that he got a certain result 3 times in a row, and then no-one else gets the same result, they will look very closely at his data. If they find he's manipulated it in any way, nobody will work with him again, as it'll diminish their credibility.
these are the people that thought you could apply business rules to governing a country...

they want to use economics to explain the scientific method. LOL

The liberals don't have the scruples to question the results as long it gets them where they want to be.

And that's why I'm not responding to you any more on this topic.

That's a classic liberal response when they are out of ammo.

This has nothing to do with politics. Why do you assume that because I disagree with yo on one thing, we have to disagree on everything?
That's very unscientific reasoning.

I accept that as well as knowing intentionally or unintentionally lines are often blurred.

Okay so do you want to draw back to a particular point in the conversation? Or are we done here?

I am about to leave for the long weekend, so my responses will be sporadic at best.
I will look back and see if there is anything left unsaid.

Here in Missouri we dropped common core this last election, and none too soon.

Do they teach both sides of the story when it comes to gravity? Do they teach that if you wish hard enough, you may be able to jump off a tall building and not fall? No they don't. Why? Because it's not science, and it has no place in a science class.
Neither do political sound bites.

OK. Yet the OP made it just that. This issue indisputably has two sides. You can agree with one or the other but to expose the students to only one side is not doing justice to the argument.

Bob, you are completely full of shit when it comes to scientific issues. You are not a scientist, you have no scientific literacy, and you are consistently wrong every time you spout off about science. You just constantly spew a stream of falsehoods that you hear on right wing media that are informed by fossil fuel industry disinformation. You are getting information from people who are lying to you and giving you propaganda manufactured by some very powerful and wealthy interests who have a lot of money at stake keeping us addicted to their products.

You really should just stop talking about things that you have no idea about, such as science. You have proven over and over again that you are completely clueless about how science works, the scientific method, and the role of peer review and scientific consensus in the scientific community. Absolutely clueless and ignorant. Why keep spewing utter nonsense about a subject with which you have ZERO experience, knowledge, or expertise? All you do is make yourself look like a blithering arrogant idiot.
Bob, you are completely full of shit when it comes... (show quote)

You are completely full of shit anytime you open your pie hole, KKK. And yet, you excel in making yourself look like a Blithering arrogant idiot. You're welcome.
