Problem with downloads on UHH

Every time I click on the 'download' of a photo my monitor goes black and then the photo comes up. But it is only about a 3X4. It won't get any bigger instead it just moves around. I have no trouble on any other forum. I just installed chrome. But that shouldn't have anything to do with this. What do you think?

This is a computer I built a few years ago and upgraded it every now and then. I can't remember what companies I used to put it together. It has been working flawless till now. I don't give warranties with my work. If they are foolish enough to buy something I put together, shame on them. I'm still on Windows 7, that's the next upgrade.

All the drivers are updated. Damn it looks like I have to run a diagonostic on it. I hate doing that, at least four hours if everything goes right. Thanks for the help, all great ideas

I ran some tests and everything was within normal limits. I put it back together and everything is back to normal. I don't have a clue what I did to rectify the problem. This is what would happen when I clicked on 'download'. The monitor would go black for a few seconds and then in the middle of the photo would come up but it would only be about 3X4. If I tried to enlarge it, it would just move around. But now it's working just fine. I wish I had seen your post before I fixed it. I would be happy to give you a screen shot.
I think you are doing an excellent job keeping all these character pretty much in line and supporting the forum. Thanks a bunch.
